Details of itinerary, cost and deposit are included in the attached pdf document. Please note that the rail journey to London is not included. The travel agent is trying to get us a group booking - update pending new rail timetables. Our coach will be waiting at at Kings Cross station. There is a single occupancy surcharge. The deposit is £150 payable now and non-refundable.
The balance is due eight weeks prior to the tour - late April. You will need to book directly with the travel company but please inform Gillian Sild: sandgsild@googlemail.com and also let me know: munslowboy@outlook.com so that we can have an idea of interest. We need 20 people to make this viable. You can print off this form and send it directly to the travel company or pick up a printed version at our March meeting.
